When will my order arrive?

Please note deliveries may be delayed due to the greater demand and capacity limitations currently being experienced by our shipping partners.
Standard Shipping; 3-7 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping; 2-3 business days after dispatch.

What if I need my garment sooner?

Please note deliveries may be delayed due to the greater demand and capacity limitations currently being experienced by our shipping partners.
We offer an Express Shipping option for $12.50, which ensures 2-3 day delivery for orders made before 10:00am.
During this time, we are currently offering free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide.
*For some rural areas, deliveries with Overnight Shipping may take an additional 2 days.

How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order. To track your order click here

What if my order doesn’t reach me?

If you suspect that your order has been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can help locate your parcel.

Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?

In most cases we are able to issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply email us at online@2xu.com with your new delivery address so that we can assist you. Please know that this may take up to 24 hours.

Does 2XU Australia ship internationally?

International shipping is not available from our Australian website.
